Patrick Mahomes, quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs and winner of two Super Bowls, is making another effort to sell the penthouse he presently resides in in Kansas City, Missouri. Mahomes is trying to sell the property because he wants to move into a larger home.
The condominium was initially placed for sale in 2019 at a price of $485,000; however, the price has now been raised to $550,000, representing an increase of 13%. Mahomes is making another effort to sell his starter house, which is 1,800 square feet in size, because he has not been able to achieve the same level of success on the field that he did four years ago.
A young Chief looking to get his feet wet in the real estate market will find that the luxurious condo, which has a total of two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, is the right place for him to get started.

The apartment comes with three decks, including one on the rooftop—it’s the only unit in the complex with one of those.
Both the living room and primary bedroom feature fireplaces for those cold, Midwest winters. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows usher in light and views of the city below.
Plus, there’s a private, two-car garage with built-in storage space.
Mahomes is looking to consolidate his sizable real estate portfolio by dispensing with the smaller properties. He recently sold his suburban K.C. home—complete with massive sneaker closet—for $1.8 million, after putting the property on the market for $2.9 million in June.
The sales follow his recent move into a custom dream home in Missouri, with its own 50-yard football field.
Mahomes is now entering his seventh year with the Chiefs and his sixth as their all-important QB1.
