Jayson Tatum and his young kid spent Father’s Day in a casual setting, during which he absorbed some meaningful concepts.
The 25-year-old NBA forward and his 5-year-old son Jayson “Deuce” Christopher were spotted on Instagram on Sunday while rafting and sitting by the pool in a lovely tropical setting.
In a series of images taken during their holiday, the pair can also be seen posing together on a jet ski and a yacht.
“Deuce’s father,” Tatum wrote in the captions of the photos.
At the age of 19, Tatum became the father of Deuce, who has since become a sensation among NBA players and the Boston Celtics. Deuce is co-owned by Tatum and his ex-girlfriend Toriah Lachell.
In a June news conference, the NBA superstar emphasized being a role model as a father and his tight relationship with his son, Deuce, who was born in December 2017 just six months after being picked by the Celtics.
“I maintained the mindset that I would be the best possible father and basketball player; I had no intention of making any concessions,” the Boston Celtics player added. “Either no guideline existed or there was no specific method to follow.” Everything revolved on what nature had to provide.”I do whatever comes naturally to me.” I appear to be in his presence on a daily basis. “I feel as though we’re growing up together, given that I was 19 years old when I was drafted,” Tatum said. “It’s been a privilege to share this journey with you.” “As he has grown larger, I have been traversing my professional trajectory, sharing these moments and growing older alongside him.”It is, in my opinion, the most exciting feature.”Deuce, but he was born that year, so that was significant; that was the most pivotal year of my life, correct?” Tatum revealed as she began this new chapter in her profession, “I recently gave birth to a child.”
